Lovable CEO email address: how to reach Anton Osika
Anton Osika published his email address, anton.osika@gmail.com, in December 2023, as the contact for anyone interested in joining the team. It appears in the README of the gptengineer.app repository, which he wrote when Lovable was still called gptengineer.app. His GitHub profile lists no email but links his X and LinkedIn. For the company, Lovable’s general inbox is hi@lovable.dev, and press requests go to press@lovable.dev.

Lovable general inbox | hi@lovable.dev | Lovable’s GitHub organization |
Press and media | press@lovable.dev | Lovable’s brand page |
Lovable email address pattern
Lovable staff mailboxes sit on lovable.dev. Most addresses follow {first}@lovable.dev; the rest use {first}.{last}@lovable.dev, according to B2B email data.
Format | Example (fictional name: Elsa Lindqvist) | Share of known addresses | Status |
|---|---|---|---|
{first}@lovable.dev | elsa@lovable.dev | About 84% | Current, most common |
{first}.{last}@lovable.dev | elsa.lindqvist@lovable.dev | About 16% | Current, less common |
Lovable bought lovable.com in August 2026, but it only redirects to lovable.dev and has no mail servers, so a guess like first@lovable.com won’t reach anyone.
Before emailing any pattern-based address, run it through a verifier: a bounce hurts deliverability for every later send. All Lovable email patterns, domains and official inboxes are on the Lovable email format page.

The weekend side project that became Lovable
In spring 2023, while he was CTO at Depict, Osika spent about three weekends building GPT Engineer, an open-source tool that writes a whole codebase from a text prompt (Forbes). He announced it on June 10, 2023, and it passed 26,000 GitHub stars within two weeks (The Decoder).
The traction turned into a company. Osika recruited Fabian Hedin, a former Depict colleague, and launched a web app at gptengineer.app in January 2024. That first version flopped, Forbes reported, and the team relaunched it in November 2024 as Lovable, a name taken from the startup idea of a “minimum lovable product”.
The original repository is still online with about 55,000 stars. Osika archived it on April 22, 2026 and left a single pointer in its description, naming lovable.dev as its successor (GitHub).
He has also refused advice to move the company to the US. “You can build a global AI company from this country,” he told TechCrunch in November 2025, when Lovable passed $200 million in annualized revenue (TechCrunch).
