What is Granola’s revenue?

Granola doesn’t publish revenue. When it raised its Series C in March 2026, Pedregal told Bloomberg that revenue had grown 2.5 times since January, but wouldn’t give a dollar figure (Implicator). It hasn’t disclosed user counts or retention either (The Next Web). The usage figures it has shared are older:

Granola spreads from individual users to whole companies. Customers it names include Vanta, Gusto, Thumbtack and Asana, and startups such as Cursor, Lovable, Decagon and Mistral AI (Granola). In October 2024 it said partners at Benchmark, Sequoia, Accel and Union Square Ventures used it to take pitches (Granola).

How much did Granola raise? Funding and valuation

Granola has raised about $192 million in four rounds. Its valuation rose from $250 million at the May 2025 Series B to $1.5 billion at the March 2026 Series C, six times higher in ten months (TechCrunch).

Why the totals differ

  • $192 million is the sum of the four rounds, and the figure TechCrunch gives (TechCrunch).

  • “Around $188m”, in Tech.eu’s Series C report (Tech.eu), equals the three rounds since 2024 without the seed.

  • SEC filings show less, because Granola, Inc. has filed only two: $3.4 million sold of a $4.25 million offering, first sale March 20, 2023 (SEC), and $19.0 million of $20.0 million, first sale July 24, 2024 (SEC). So the Series A closed three months before it was announced. We found no filing for the Series B or C.

The team is small for its valuation. In March 2026 Pedregal said “It’s obvious our team is too small for what we want to achieve” (Implicator); by November its jobs page listed open roles in London and San Francisco (Granola).

Is Granola being sued?

Yes. On July 30, 2026, a proposed class action was filed against Granola in the US District Court for the Northern District of California. It alleges that the app records conversations without the consent of all participants and, by default, uses transcripts for commercial purposes, including training its AI models. Granola didn’t respond to Computerworld’s request for comment; its website says data used for training is anonymized and “never sent to third parties” (Computerworld). A similar case against Otter.ai, another AI notetaker, was filed in the same court in 2025. These are allegations; we found no ruling as of November 1, 2026.

What is Granola’s email format?

Granola employees use {first}@granola.so: every address in Prospeo’s sample follows it (Prospeo). Staff mail runs on Google Workspace at granola.so, while the website is granola.ai.
