Kore.ai, Inc. is a Delaware company, formerly Kore, Inc. (SEC). It has subsidiaries in Germany, the UK and India, where Kore.ai Software India Pvt. Ltd. runs its Hyderabad development center (Kore.ai).

Who owns Kore.ai?

Kore.ai is private, and no ownership stakes are published. Raj Koneru put his own money in from the start: a 2019 company release says he funded it again in 2018 “on top of the significant funding he has made since inception” (MarTech Series). Outside investors named in Kore.ai’s releases are FTV Capital, NVIDIA, Vistara Growth, PNC, NextEquity Partners, Nicola Wealth, Beedie Capital, Sweetwater Private Equity and AllianceBernstein (Kore.ai) (Kore.ai).

Its 2021 SEC filing lists seven directors, including Koneru and investors from Vistara and PNC (SEC). Clearwater Analytics’ SEC filings describe Dr. Mukesh Aghi, who runs the US-India Strategic Partnership Forum, as Kore.ai’s Executive Chairman since September 2023 (SEC).

What is Kore.ai’s revenue?

Kore.ai doesn’t publish revenue. When it raised $150 million in January 2024, TechCrunch reported annual recurring revenue “north of $100 million” (TechCrunch), and Koneru gave the same figure for its 2023–24 fiscal year (Pulse 2.0). In February 2026 he said the business had “more than doubled” since that round (CX Today).

About 70% of its business comes from customer service, 25% from employee tools and 5% from process automation, Koneru said in September 2026 (APAC News Network). Kore.ai says it serves more than 500 large enterprises (Kore.ai); about 75% of its customers are in regulated industries such as banking and healthcare (VentureBeat).

Kore.ai ARR (annual recurring revenue)

Kore.ai’s ARR was “north of $100 million” in January 2024 (TechCrunch). It hasn’t given a newer figure, though Raj Koneru said in February 2026 that the business had more than doubled since (CX Today).

Kore.ai MRR (monthly recurring revenue)

Kore.ai doesn’t publish MRR. $100 million of ARR meant at least $8.3 million a month in early 2024; that is our calculation, not a company figure.

How much has Kore.ai raised? Funding and valuation

Koneru put the total at $250 million in October 2024 (Pulse 2.0); TechCrunch counted about $223 million after the 2024 round (TechCrunch). Kore.ai has never disclosed a valuation. Forge, a marketplace for private shares, lists the 2024 round at $14.39 a share and about $804 million post-money (Forge); treat that as an estimate, not a company figure.
